Reservation Conditions:
A 25% deposit of the total stay cost is required to confirm the booking, payable through the available payment methods.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 3 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total stay.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total stay.
- Late arrivals & early departures: The booked and confirmed period is binding. The full amount of the stay must be paid, even in case of late arrival or early departure.
